Dear Spark family,
A home of radically inclusive love, grace, family and community.
Since August 2016, Spark Church has been a home of radically inclusive love, grace, family and community. After nine incredible years, our time as a gathered church family has come to an end.
When we first opened our doors, our hope was simple: to create a safe space where everyone regardless of background, sexuality, or story, knew they were valued, seen, accepted and beautifully and deeply loved by God. From our gatherings to times shared over meals, cuppas, worship, and prayer, we have witnessed the quiet, transformative power of #consistentandpersistentlove.
We are endlessly grateful to everyone who helped make Spark a true spiritual home. While this chapter of Spark Church has closed, we celebrate the stories shared, the relationships formed, the healing experienced, and we know that the grounded love sparked and fanned into flame will continue to shine brightly in every place our community goes.
Thank you for being part of this story. May you continue to know, explore, and share the relentless love of God wherever your path leads.
And may you know how wide and long and high and deep is the love of God towards you. Always.
“From a little spark may burst a flame.” — Dante
